Treadstone District is a future mixed-use development that ties Bowmanville’s past to its future
Established in the late 1800s
The Goodyear Rubber Plant was their first outside the USA. Soon afterwards, the town of Bowmanville was constructed around the plant to house its workers. This historic site also helped in the war effort, producing heels and soles for soldiers during World War II.
Closed in 2016, we stepped forward to redevelop the derelict industrial buildings into a master-planned community.
